After forming a part of the team of many important restaurants in Chile and In Europe, passing through all positions in the kitchen, Rodolfo Guzmán built his own restaurant at the end of 2006, Boragó.   Where he runs a kitchen based on the Chilean territory and its Seafood. Borago its one of the bet 50th restaurants of the world by “Restaurant”.

A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT!!!

Elected the fourth best restaurant in Latin America, Boragó is a quite simple place. In a minimalist style with wooden tables, the interesting is that’s the lounge is opposite the kitchen where 20 chefs work thoroughly each dish! The key word in Borago is ‘endemic’. Guzman, the owner and chef’s local, dedicates much of his time exploring the fantastic Chilean biodiversity, harvesting and collecting ingredients in different landscapes.
